The annual performance and safety check, will ensure the safe and efficient use of your natural gas boiler and the option to cover any additional gas appliances that you may have in your home.
The safe and efficient operation of your boiler and system will be checked by carrying out the following;
- Gas soundness test.
- Visual inspection of exposed pipework to all appliances.
- Visual inspection of flue.
- Boiler efficiency check including analysis of flue products and adjusting as required.
- Checking the operation of the safety devices and adjusting as required.
- Checking operating pressures and adjusting as required.
- Assessment of ventilation.
- Completion of report with copy to the customer.
