Choose a Supplier

Phoenix Natural Gas does not sell gas to homes and businesses. We are the network operator and gas transporter with responsibility for installing and maintaining meters and meter cabinets on behalf of gas suppliers and property owners.

Property owners can arrange for Phoenix Natural Gas to connect their property to the natural gas network. Phoenix Natural Gas will then automatically a 'default supplier', which is currently Phoenix Supply Ltd.

Once connected owners or tenants can change their gas supplier choosing from the list below. After contacting the supplier applicants will be guided through the process of changeover.

Where the property is public or private rented it is the tenant who selects the gas supplier. Property owners (landlords) remain resopnsible to Phoenix Natural Gas for the security of meter apparatus and are liable for any costs associated with malicious or deliberate damage to our pipes and equipment.
