General Manager, Phoenix Supply Ltd - David Strahan


yesDavid is a qualified chartered accountant and member of the Institute of Internal Auditors. He commenced his career in 1999 with PricewaterhouseCoopers which provided him with exposure to some of Northern Ireland’s largest businesses. After gaining his accountancy qualification, David joined Phoenix as Internal Audit Manager in July 2003. In this role David was responsible for implementing a number of major change projects across the organisation.

In December 2006, he was appointed as General Manager of Phoenix Supply Ltd, a newly created company within the Phoenix Group. David has overall responsibility for gas purchasing, pricing policy and also oversees the full range of customer service provision including customer billing, the customer contact centre and cash collection operations.

 

Contract Sales Manager, Phoenix Supply Ltd - John Ellis


yesJohn is a graduate of Leeds University and joined the gas industry in 1964, the year in which natural gas was first discovered in the UK continental shelf. During his career, John has held senior management positions in sales, service and the programme to convert from Towns Gas to natural gas. He has also worked for British Gas on projects in India, Egypt and New Zealand.

John joined Phoenix in 1995 and since then, has held a number of positions within sales and customer acquisition. John is currently responsible for the sale of gas to new and principally existing customers.

 

 

Gas Supply Manager, Phoenix Supply Ltd - Dr Herb Castillo


yesDr Herb Castillo joined Phoenix Supply in September 2007 after pursuing  a career in management consulting. During his consulting career, he worked for Sinclair Knight Merz and PA Consulting Group delivering a wide range of assignments for private and public sector clients.

At Phoenix Supply he is responsible for all aspects of gas trading, contract pricing and business analysis. Herb holds both a BSc. and PhD from Loughborough University, where he also worked as a Research Associate for a number of years.

 

Customer Accounts Manager, Phoenix Supply Ltd - Sandra O'Neill

yesSandra O’Neill has been appointed Customer Accounts Manager at Phoenix Supply Ltd. In her new role she will take responsibility for the management of the customer billing function, the customer contact centre and the cash collection process.

Sandra previously worked for both PricewaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte & Touche, where she managed internal audit services and risk management for a wide range of organisations.
